Car problem experiences

A car user to register and share his car problem(s) experiences with other car owners. A registered user is able to enter his current (up to 20) or resolved car problems (unlimited) ; car problems are selected from db with Ajax search for the best described car problem and save them on the problem list. Each problem describes one issue with the car. While a problem is saved to the problem list, a text input areas will pop-up to allow a registered user to key in his own experience of how he approached this particular problem. The selected problem(s) will be tagged and used to search other users' way of dealing the problem; other users with similar problems and similar car brand or type e.g. Ford, Truck. The search result will be based on the main problem tag, car brand, car type, and other tagged problems. The results with the most matched tags or similar characteristics will be displayed in a descending order like the Google search to help a user see other ways of dealing with the problem. This is a dynamic website to be designed with Ruby on Rails 3.1. After you have completed the project with high degree of reliability, security, and required functionalities, we may then go in depth with long term cooperation for the phase 2 of this project. The entire project must be done with open source codes. No proprietary technology. You must help us to bring the code live via [login to view URL] or Amazon S3 and include 1 month technical support (free of charge) after project is completed to ensure that code is good for live use. The free of charge applies to site crush due to your codes. You won’t be responsible for site crush if the codes were later altered. (Alteration excludes Site Logo, copy right, color change and etc. that usually won’t interfere with stability of the site) In most functions, you should use open-source plug-ins, however, in case where plugins don’t meet the criteria, you are expected to write the codes.
