Basic Cookie and URL Variable Passing

1. We receive a click through from a banner that has in its URL 10 x eleven digit variables e.g.

[url removed, login to view];NUMBER2=00123456789&NUMBER3=00123456789&NUMBER4=00123456789&NUMBER5=00123456789&NUMBER6=00123456789&NUMBER7=00123456789&NUMBER8=00123456789&NUMBER9=00123456789&NUMBER10=00123456789&

2. What I need is a when entering my site a 30 day cookie to be automatically saved on everyones computer storing the 10 variables which has been passed by the url into a cookie.

3. I then need to read/call the cookie and its variables and display the data on the screen in html text and hopefully if possible to be displated in a flash file

4. The script will need to have a few conditions...

a. If the user enters the site directly into the address bar or from organic search e.g. [url removed, login to view] they will not have been passed any variables so they need to be displayed a predefined set of variables instead (a Predefined default set of variables as such).

b. If the user originally enters the site from a banner and then exits and comes back to the site via organic or direct entry the user reads the variables from the cookie that was stored from his first visit and does not load the Predefined default set of variables.

Delivery of the project will be light weight code pref in javascript fully commented for my basic understanding.
