i need PAID programmer to provide me with working java class and source code that includes api or functions that uses JSPEEX Codec to Encode/Decode Pcm wav Byte array to speex format , i have an android application that captured microphone pcm wav data live from AudioRecord and feed it to tcp socket and send it to an EchoServer wich then get echoed back to the android application to get Decoded from speex format to PCM WAV to able to feed it to the audiotrack speaker, right now i am using raw pcm wav i need the speex codec to reduce the bandwidth consumption from 12 bytes/sec whic is 96 kbyte/second to 2-6 bytes per second, am using Basic4Android to build the app. so if you have the knowledge also to build B4A Library from the code you will create also then that is good , other wise we can handle building it from our side , if you need to know the how build library , just inform me and i will send you the link. also i will need the working project in zipped format. Thanks
