In this project, you will write a basic database management system called SimpleDB. First, you will implement the core modules required to access stored data on disk. You will then write a set of operators for SimpleDB to implement selections and joins. The end result is a database system that can perform simple queries over multiple tables. You will not be asked to add transactions, locking, and concurrent queries. However, we invite you to think how you can add such functionality into the system. SimpleDB is written in Java.
