Android Form to post xml

I need a very simple Android application. It should run on the latest OS and have sizes for tablets and smartphones. The app will consist of a small form which can post a block of xml or json to my server application. I will handle the server part, all you need to do is write the client side. The form should have three fields for strings, one for a date and one for time. All code must be commented well so that I can make changes to it quickly. I will provide more details to the winning bidder. Also if your work is good I will hire you for future updates of this client app.
