Database driven mobile app for iOS and Android Phones

We would like to have a mobile app for our website. We have posted this project before and even tho it's a very simple project, the awarded developer never fully finished the project. So we are only looking for very serious developers now. Our database table is consisting of 29 columns: venue_id venue_tags venue_name venue_name_ch venue_branch venue_branch_ch venue_buildingno venue_buildingname venue_buildingname_ch venue_street venue_street_ch venue_district venue_district_ch venue_add venue_add_ch venue_phone venue_time venue_link venue_map venue_map_embed venue_photo1 venue_photo2 venue_photo3 venue_photo4 venue_photo5 venue_description venue_cards venue_price venue_star 1- Main page: 6 buttons for main categories (button icon's are ready): Dining, Accomodation, Nightlife, Culture, Shopping, Lifestyle A dedicated search button (also on the android version; built in search button will also take the user to the search page) A dedicated favorites button. 2- Subcategory page: Favorites and search button still should be on the [login to view URL] is the page where user sees the sub-categories of the previously clicked categories (the key word shall be searched in the venue_tags column). Dining: Barbecue, budget, cantonese-taiwanese, japanese, korean, hotpot - sichuan - hunan, local, pizza, southeast Asian - Indian, vegetarian, italian, cafe, steak house, buffet, burgers, western, french, italian, mexican, sandwich, german, mediterranean, Xinjiang - Muslim, Dessert. Accommodation: 5 star, 4 star, 3 star, Resort, Hostel, Budget Nightlife: Bars & Pubs, Clubs, Lounges, KTVs Culture: Cinema, Exhibition Center, Gallery, Museum Shopping: Supermarket, Shopping Mall, Shops, Markets Lifestyle: Hospital, Spa, Hairdresser, Manicure-Pedicure, Tanning, Massage, Fitness 3 - venues page: Favorites and search button still should be on the [login to view URL] the venues on that category. Listing format is as follows: venue_name (, venue_branch) show if not empty venues should be listed according to venue_stars column. It's a column which consists of numbers from 1 to 10. if the venue star is 10 on that venue, it should be listed at the beginnings. Please keep in mind that this column values are not unique. 4 - venue details page: In this page users shall see the details of whichever venue they've clicked previously. Favorites and search button still should be on the page. ALSO there should be an "add to favorites" button on this page. Details on this page will be displayed as follows, please note that braces means "show if not empty": venue_name (- venue_branch) venue_buildingno (, venue_buildingname) (, venue_street) (, venue_district) (venue_add)show if not empty (Tel: 0571 - venue_phone) - Also when clicked onto this line, it should place a call to that phone number (Opening Hours: venue_time) (Go to venue website: venue_link) Show on map - this is a button which will take the user to native map application (venue_map) (Editor's Description: venue_details) Go to venue photos - shows the venue photos. (venue_photo1)(venue_photo2)(venue_photo3)(venue_photo4)(venue_photo5) (price box) this shall be a box showing $ signs. Database records has numbers allocated from 1 to 5. So, if a venue has 2 on its record, then $ $ will be shown Chinese - this is a big button on the page, which will open to another page. That page is just to show the address to the Taxi drivers, so this page is nothing but big written chinese words on white background, with a back button on top. With delete feature 6- search page: with autocomplete feature after 2nd letter. Will search the query on venue_tags and venue_name.
