We need 2 to 3 people from a team that are experts in Inbound Marketing as well as SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, Content Writing/Edits, and SERM.

We are an executive search firm - meaning that as staffing/recruiters (please do not confuse with Human Resources or employment/job boards), we are paid on a performance basis for recruitment services by employers.

Our target audience is 70% Hiring Managers who are CXOs, SVP, and VP levels. They engage us to identify and recruit other CXOs, VPs, Directors, and Sr, Managers. The other segment are passive candidates (these are NOT active job seekers). We don’t find jobs for people.

If your experience is primarily consumer or B2C, please do NOT apply. We are strictly B2B.

This is a long term project. Phase 1 MUST be completed by January 15, 2016. Phase 2 MUST be completed by Jan 27 with testing completed. Phase 3 is ongoing. See the attachment for details.

To qualify, you MUST be certified or can show through portfolio your expertise in using an Inbound Marketing System (as in Spokal, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Orbtrr, Infusionsoft, Hatchbuck, or Green Rope).

We use Spokal which unlike all the other plugins it supports our existing Wordpress CMS and does not require running on a vendor CMS platform.

ActiveCampaign is integrated into Spokal and takes Spokal which focuses on "top of the funnel" inbound marketing to the next level as ActiveCamapign is a marketing automation system that includes CRM segmentation, lead scoring and sales workflows, email marketing, and inbound marketing.

Must know how to use Wordpress dashboard as well as have Adobe Photoshop for image optimization,

There are TWO web sites: the largest site is [url removed, login to view] is being replaced. The old site has 29 pages and 54 posts while the new site at [url removed, login to view] has approximately 24 pages and the 54 posts. You will need to use Spokal to reuse the existing 54 blog posts optimized using Spokal's blogging feature optimization. You can change the title and text but cannot change urls so to avoid redirects.

The 2nd site is [url removed, login to view] which is a simple site with a landing/splash page that will include a Vimeo video embedded and the web site is about 8 pages in total.

I also highly recommend that you sign up for free trials at both Spokal and ActiveCampaign (no credit card required) so you can view the dashboards and how they work PRIOR to a Skype interview.

After SEO is setup, the next phase this job is to schedule the content release dates for posting new blog articles, landing pages for email marketing and inbound marketing advertising, etc. using the Spokal calendar and the ActiveCampaign lists. My internal team will design all content to be released.

In phase 3 you will monitor the SEO and SMM and email marketing analytics to analyze and improve conversions. Testing is always used A/B within Spokal before posting. In addition, you will grow develop a strategy to increase followers and subscribers to the two web sites and our social media sites.

MUST also be fluent with Linkedin business pages and product/service showcases. You need to provide a proposal that includes number of workers and WHO they are as well as estimated hours and pricing for Phase 1/2.
