Citation Builder for Google places

Hi Freelancers, I am looking for an experience Google places expert who understands what a citation is when promoting Google places pages. I would like for someone to build me 10 citations per week. 2 per day Monday - Friday.. When bidding I would like to know your fee for 1 month. This would mean a total of 40 citations. I am looking to pay about $10 per week. I would like the bid to include some citation examples I look forward to seeing the bids. If a good job is done, the work could easily escalate to a number of places accounts. Thanks Chris
