Affiliate Marketing Manager

Hi,

We are looking for an experienced affiliate manager. This individual must has the ability to recruit the right types of affiliates.

Responsibilities include :

- Identifying and recruiting new affiliates

- Maintaining stimulating relationships with the current affiliates

- Identifying and implementing other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program and to grow revenue from affiliates

- Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements

- Continually motivating affiliates to perform better

- Manage numerous affiliates through daily email, Skype, phone interactions, and conferences

Requirements :

- Confident demeanor and high comfort level interacting with all personality types

- Demonstrated, effective communication and influencing/negotiation skills

- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in fast paced environment

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly via phone and email

Notes :

- We will trial you for one month and then looked to keep you as an ongoing affiliate manager for long term if you do the job well.

- We can negociate the work price, so what is the price you suggest ? do you prefer monthly on hourly payment ?
