well my agents and I in a call center started having problems with sending and recieving emails then I checked the blacklist and I see we are on the AHBL's blacklist and I dont know why. My 20 agents or so send a lot of emails back and forth to clients but all of it is opt in and clients r exspecting the emails. Why would we get on the list.
I went to AHBL website and they said u can contact them but they dont have any contact details on there site.
can u get me off the blacklist and get my emails working again in under 12 hours?
I hope so or tommorow will be another tough day at the office... :(
