Community Creation and management through social media

I am looking for someone to manage community creation and management through facebook/ blog/ social media. I am ready to experiment with fb/blog/ twitter a bit more. I am looking for someone to manage fb/ blogs / twitter. We are a small business running Ayurveda clinic and training organization. I am looking for creating community and managing: More likes/fans/followers from real people with active account Facebook accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended.) • Most/all likes from Perth, Australia • Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity • Fans must be active & engage in the page • No spammers or inappropriate profiles • You must use good practices when gathering fans. I am looking for a Blog for my Website and Facebook page - I would like to make it a regular thing. I think maybe once or twice/week entry for Facebook and one blog every 2-3 weeks for now is enough. I have many articles from our newsletter ready but may need to be re-written for tags etc. I am thinking of ideally 2 hrs but no more than 3 hrs in a week. I want to see for 4-6 weeks how it works before talking about longer term.
