I am looking for someone to manage primarily Adwords and Facebook Campaigns with High Conversion Rates. Currently our site sees roughly 2,000 visitors per day with a conversion rate of 2 - 3%. We have been advertising via Facebook and Google however have not seen much success as our in house staff is unfamiliar with the process and management. Budget for Adwords/Facebook campaigns is anywhere from $10,000-20,000 monthly as long as the ROI is good. We are an e-commerce retailer of apparel and footwear, experience in this field is a plus, especially if you have handled similar clients.
You should be a Google Certified Adwords Professional (Certification Link Verification) and should have executed numerous successful Adwords campaigns with high conversion rates ensuring minimal CPC.

Ongoing business possible. Experience in analytics, split-testing, affiliate recruitment, article marketing etc. is a big plus and might open other business opportunities.
We'd like to receive reports and deliverables with the keywords that are being targeted so that we can jointly use these for SEO development as well.
