Cheap SEO - #1-5 position in google for 'Calgary Web Design'

Hi there I need to have SEO done for my website: [login to view URL] The Search term I am going for is 'Calgary Web Design' I have a small budget, because I am only 14 years old, and just starting out. Although, if you succeed in this, I will contact YOU exclusively with new jobs (since I would be designing websites that need SEO), and therefore, this could lead to MANY new jobs. The budget for this is $40. This is a small budget, but getting on the FIRST page of Google would be great. Milestone for this job is 100%, once the website is on the FIRST page of Google (#1-5 position). NO exceptions. This ranking must be maintained for at LEAST 2 months, and if it can not be maintained longer, give me instructions on how to do so. There are NO limitations, as long as the site is not banned from Google, ANYTHING goes. (Whatever technique you use). If the site gets banned from Google, I will not be happy :( Thanks!
