Bulk Inbox Mailer - Needed - Repost - open to bidding

I'm looking for a provider of the inbox bulk mailer program. I would like access to the program to send out approx. 300,000 emails a month to our customers and we want them delivered to inbox. YOU MUST: - Have clean, white-listed, valid, IP addresses. Ip addresses that havent been blacklisted - Have quick communication (I should get answers to questions within a few hours (or a few minutes), not a few days). If you don't respond within a reasonable time to simple questions, don't bid. (Questions like "why is the IP being used for my emails on a blacklist?") Please Note : We want a solution that doesnt require approval everytime we want to send a campaign. We want a solution that allows us control when to send and not waiting on third party to approve our campaign before sent. We want a program that we can use 24/7 and not waiting on third party working hours to use our solution.
