We will work with CAN-SPAM Compliant provider with an unsubscribe option only.
We will provide the list of emails and HTML format template and you will email few test messages to us ensure template is delivering and opening fine.
After that you will do emailing - from clean server.
Please bid only if you can provide 85%+ inbox rate at least without getting caught to Spam Folder.
We need pricing per 19,000 email sending and will not overpay as we already have another freelancer who also does same service for us but currently on holiday.
