Is the property currently for sale through an estate agent? What is the condition of the property?(choice of Excellent,Good, Average, Poor What is the value of the property? How much do they have left to pay on the mortgage? What is the total amount of debt they need to clear from the sale of this property? Are they interested in selling the property and renting it back(to release all the equity and stay in their home)? Please feel free to provide further information you feel may be relevant for the cash buyer? I would like all the above information on each lead.
