I am in Tech support industry from Past 4 years i have good communication skills and i can sell anything....... have good knowledge to operate the Computers and can diagnose troubleshoot and fix them also.....

In the customer service related field, I have conducted multinational company appraisals in the form of a mystery shopper in order to accurately report on the "customer experience" and the level of competency of the employees providing this experience based on their training. This alone should give you a good idea how much i value providing a remarkable customer experience. Currently, i set appointments for a wholesale real estate company in the US. I previously conducted outbound calling for a Canadian company, generating live transfer leads who conform to my company's prerequisites for a mortgage refinance loan application.
