assistant marketing manager

I am looking for the right part-time marketing manager for our business. Please see below: I am looking for a US, British, Canadian or Austraillian native worker ONLY. You must speak english very well, and understand the US culture. I need an assistant to set up and run markeing campaigns for our company. Will also have you manage our SEO contractor, and various other marketing duties. Must have experience running paid advertising campaigns, and optimizing for highest ROI. This is a telecommute position which will allow you to work from home. Hours will be 9am - 1pm EST (GMT -4). Pay is $15.63 per hour to start. 90 day performance review. You should already have years of experience implementing various internet marketing strategies. It is important that you also are tech savvy, so you can handle most items that come up. For stuff that you dont know how to do, you should be familiar with sites like fiverr and be able to hire/manage outsourcers to do some tasks. Common tasks that you will be responsible for include: split testing for optimizing ROI on traffic campaigns creating squeeze pages adding/removing scripts from webpages working with API interfaces of auto-responders, etc adding/changing content creating webinars using evergreen business system managing email campaigns and auto-responders managing voice broadcasting system managing paid traffic sources, including optimization techniques We will work together on strategy, but you will implement everything. I'm looking for the right hire for a long term working relationship with our company. We're a real brick and mortar company based in Seattle, WA and we have been in business for 18 years, and have an A rating with the BBB.
