Design a standee for my superstore

I need someone to design a 2x5in or 3x5in "STANDEE" for me in CMYK and 300dpi. Standee should contain an attractive tagline or slogan like "Items available at amazing discounts" or "lower prices, higher value". 4 things should be included in the standee which are cosmetics, female clothing's, jewelry and grocery. Highlight the word Discount or Amazing Discount! Leave a small space on the top, for me to put up my shop's logo please! I won't provide you the logo! The only thing I need is the original PSD file :) I need these project done within 2hours. Please bid $30 only! I'll milestone money first, if you can provide this thing to me today only.
