Design our English teaching activity book!

Hi there, I work for an English-teaching Italian company who is interested in investing in new didactic material for our students. We are currently revising our teaching materials. We use graphics-based 'worksheets' to teach English during the morning lessons of our 'English camps' and are currently looking for an illustrator to design one of our books. The books will consist of 27 A4 sides (14 A4 pages in total, double-sided with one blank side) in black/white in a traditional style of animation (no 3D) with the same three/four characters repeated throughout the pages: — three/four characters on each page —four/five objects on each page — sometimes a simple background, e.g. a cityscape, although it can be repeated throughout the book As for text, we can add that afterwards although we would send you a rough sketch in terms of placement of illustrations.
