Customer Experience Statement Graphic Design

We are trying to come up with a statement that will be used for internal communication to the company’s employees to manifest what is the customer experience that they are trying to deliver. Have a look at the pack attached. Slides 1-9 are intro to the task and you can also find example of how other companies' statements look like. Slide 10 has the basic idea behind all 3 versions of the statement i.e. 1) that Avios are a travel and leisure company 2) wants its customers (members) to feel inspired by the Avios proposition and offer (s) 3) wants its members to keep on collecting points (e.g. via credit card, grocery, fuel etc. shopping) because they see the value in it 4) wants its processes and the customer journey as a whole to be intuitive (e.g. simple, easy) 5) and at the end the whole experience they provide needs to feel personalised / extra special. With this in mind the team set on a challenge to come up with a statement and a visual (see slides 12, 14 and 18). What we need is some help to put these into a digital format and make them look nice. As you can see I had a first pass to try and give you some base. Essentially we’d like you to work the images on slides 13, 15, 17 and 19. Slides 15 and 17 are the same concept but one has only 4 elements and the other 8. Can you give us an estimate for your fees calculating also a couple of extra days in case we need to make some edits. P.S. I may have some extra work for you for another project.
