Create some cartoon characters for a book

I am looking for a designer to create 4 cartoon characters for a series of music books I am writing.
Each character will have their own instrument and personality. There will be a:
Guitarist
Singer
Drummer
Pianist
They won't always be playing their instrument and will on some pages be pointing out important tips to help the students etc.
For this project, I am looking for someone to create the 4 characters and provide 5 different poses for each character. The poses will include two different poses of them playing their instrument, one of them pointing at something and one or two of them interacting together (playing a game etc.)
I would like the pianist to have scruffy grey hair and be based loosely on Ludwig Van Beethoven.
The guitarist should be a generic "rock" looking character and could be based on Jimi Hendrix and Keith Richards
The singing character should be female and have a cool rock chick look possibly along the lines of Pink.
The drummer should be a cool looking rock drummer.
I don't want any of the characters to look exactly like the people they are based on, just to be a similar style.
