Need a black and with illustration of an electric meter sticking out of the center of a flower. Need it in the morning, needs to be good and tight. Will award project by 8 pm tonight need by 8 am Friday morning, EST USA. Will be able to provide studies. Not a difficult job. Will be more realistic, less whimsicial.
