Create an HTML Emailer template

I have a design for Emailer ready. Need someone to code it in HTML which can be sent to customers in EMail. The template should work on all the browsers and all alignments must be as per the design. The design is already updated. The links to Social media and website should work correctly. PSD will be shared via email with the shortlisted candidates . Only apply if you can finish the task in 5-6 hours. All testing should be done at your end and images should be uploaded on your server. Milestone will be released immediately when you deliver the desired code. Price - Not more than 10 USD for the entire coding.
