I need a 30 page PDF document converted to a HTML form, once submitted the responses are received and also automated into an existing excel. The excel sheet is existing and cannot be modified as that form feeds into another piece of software. The result being that once the form is submitted I receive details of the responses and a completed excel sheet mapped to the appropriate responses from the form to the excel.
