Changes Wordpress site - Custom features

We like to hire someone or a team to make custom features to our site. It has to be made so that if the original template get's updated the original data will not be lost. Not that when the templates get's updated we need to hire again someone to do it again! For example. And enter with what (Guest Post, Interview, Promo Post or Review) the like to join. each of this opties need to be turned on and of . depending on the settings of the event EVENT PAGES: Must Contain: - Kind of tour (Release Tour, Virtual Book Tour, etc) - Attending Blogs list - Book Cover (uploaded by contributor or admin) PICTURE - Book Tour Banner (also be able to be downloaded by customer/tour host) - Title book - Book Series - Genre - Publisher (need option to have a link and or Logo else empty) - Date of Publication (of the book/ item on tour NOT the post) - ISBN: - Number of pages: - Book Description - Excerpt - Amazon/Kindle Affiliation LINK - Goodreads (add to reading list link) Can be programmed based on ISBN.
