Build an Online Store Marketplace for Products and services

Hi there, Prestashop project Note my max budget is $450, more then said amount bid will be rejected. We wanted to create marketplace module on prestashop as well as theme customization as per PSD. ( theme custom not much work) The project is very easy, we will create single module and small tweak it for other section..... 1. Vendor can list PRODUCTS ( as per PS admin) and SERVICES 2. Services may create by vendor for calling process 4 steps ( call api will be given ) 3. vendor can set chat/pm with cutomer 4. vendor can offer coupon to customer ( refer section) 5. payment will be held for 30 ( days managed from admin) days for vendor 6. report will go to vendor - 7. every category will have different form of submission details with max 5-6 fields ( tweak said above) 8. admin will manage every thing 9. products level commission 10. referral commission to vendor ( managed from admin) 11. Need to discuss the process there is many small things 12. Personal Messaging system between customer and vendor No upfront payment but payment will be milestone basis. After 1st update payment will be released. Reliable guy needed, from India no problem Individual first proffered rather then a company. One year maintenance and support needed 5% of payment will paid after one year support ( support not included any development only fixing) After development of 80% we will test the work for 15- 30 days and then we need to fix all issues. UI has to be great. Theme should not impact on module as we need to use same module two different websites Please note : This is not complex project who knows prestashop very well Please bid only if you can handle.
