Technical on-site SEO modifications in Magento environment

We are looking for a developer or development group very familiar with Magento, SEO and that could work independtly with very close attention to detail in order to implement on-site SEO modifications. The Magento site is [url removed, login to view] and the modification guidelines are attached in four seperate word documents.
The majority of the content in each word document is an explanation for those NOT familiar with SEO and includes many examples. The actual modifications in each document are fewer and are summarized in checklist format on this Google spreadsheet - [url removed, login to view]
Please review each modification in DETAIL in the following four files and develop a quote that will include all modifications as well as a realistic timeline for completion.
