bay's API, and Amazon's API and compares pricing information

I am looking for an experienced developer to make me a custom algorithm/fully functioning macintosh desktop app that directly compares pricing information between Ebay and Amazon using their API's and by direct data scraping when necessary. I have very specific specifications that would need to be followed with regards to Amazon Salesrank, pricing data, and more, which we will discuss in detail and have in writing before proceeding and I will release funds upon multiple tests confirming the software working. If you have experience writing arbitrage programs I'd love to hear about it, if you have experience with Amazon and ebay's API's that is a good thing as well. We need an experienced PHP developer with Amazon MWS API experience. We want to create a website to get the orders, sales, inventory information and save it to our DB. Also the website will have several login users to be able to see the info (orders, sales, inventory) of specific products. Also the system should be able to reports that shows specific products, sales, inventory, profit, cost and other info. I am looking to develop an in-house system that will be able to receive stock from our suppliers, then advise the prep for forwarding on to Amazon FBA, the system needs to produce product labels and shipping labels for cartons, and keep a track of the stock sent and were its located at a given time. The system must be hosted on our server and communicate with Amazon MWS/API. We need to place web panel in our own CRM-system, just as a section or a sub-domain. We currently have 11 suppliers with the total of about 1200 SKUs, and we have 4 accounts. Each provider has 5 to 20 sending addresses (all in the US, the selection ZIP codes is sufficient). Suppliers are being informed which account they need to send the particular goods to. Accounts and suppliers are named with three letters (for example, ANT, DLL, TRR, SGD). The goods are from absolutely different categories, so sometimes Prep and Labeling is required, but we always choose "Who preps/labels?": Amazon. How it works: the supplier indicates ASIN or product name, chooses the appropriate warehouse, the number of goods being sent and receives a direct link to the pdf-file with the UPS label. This Shipment name is being assigned in the following standard: ASIN#SUPPLIER#WAREHOUSE (eg, B00SRLJQ72 # CLD # TRR) - it is necessary for our internal records and tracking.
