Hello. Some questions for you: 1. The attachments are just for example only ? To show the quality you need ? 2. The budget is set per one house/building or per total? If it is set on total...how many buildings are in your project? 3. How many different buildings are? 5. Also, you need an animation ? What kind of animation are you thinking of? Simple walkthrough (simple video file as output) ? 360 degree ? 6. Can you provide detailed files with dimensions for buildings? We need top floors with complete dimensions (walls, doors, windows) and elevations (North, South, East, West). If you can provide some sections will be a plus for the modeling job. (.PDF / .DWG / .DXF files will be great). 7. Do you have any materials / textures directions ? 8. You must understand that the rendering process will take some time, especially for the animation, if you need it. 9. How many renders you need per building ?
