Get a Website Built

Please carefully read the project description before bidding. I'm looking for a web designer to build a website with a robust survey-based back-end system that allows users to complete several different survey types then see a read-out of the results. Summary of website requirements: 1) Design core website with content that can be easily customized by myself 2) Build-in several different survey types that allows users to complete the survey online (see example here: [login to view URL]) 3) Once the survey is completed, a pop-up window will need to be displayed saying users can see the results for a fee (note: online payment options will need to be made available here to support) 4) Once payment is remitted, a visually appealing graphical display of the results will be shown that shows them their score and where they scored in relation to other respondents (note: I have core data that will be sent that results can be compared against) Timeline and How I Work: I expect this project to be iterative (you build based on my requirements, you send a mock, and I will provide feedback) so the overall project from start to finish may take up to 2 months. I can make myself available for periodic live Skype or Google Hangout discussions to discuss design ideas and expectations if the Freelancer wishes Ideal Freelancer: 1) This project is ideal for individuals who have strong skills in representing data in a visually appealing way 2) Have a background in web-based tools that allow new data to be compared to an existing data set 3) Since time to completion is less important than overall project quality, this project is ideal for a web designer who may have multiple existing clients and wishes to add this work to his existing workload
