Design 5 simple images for a game -- 2

I want to a few images for a game designed. Please see the attached image. Instead of the frog, i want a rabbit in similar design. I also want a jumping image of the same rabbit. Instead of green leaf, i want a circular green grass land. Instead of brown leaf, i want a broken brown circular land. Instead of a the river at the back, i want a new more cartoonish river with sides. So 5 images in total.
