SCOPE: 1. Create x 10 individual images that will be used for a Spring / Summer 2016-2017 Shoe Website Lookbook 2. Each image needs to be 1,180px × 590px 3. Image format should be jpeg (although I’m flexible) and will be used for online 4. Image quality needs to be balanced with file size to avoid long load times on website 5. Professional (but plain) product shots at multiple angles will be provided 6. However there are no lifestyle pictures or people wearing the shoes 7. The brief is to use your design skills to present the shoes in a creative way so the right emotion and mood is delivered for the ranged, when compared to a viewing a plain product shot 8. The individual images would be: - Front page (summary of entire range, focus on company name store theme which is Comfortable. Fashionable. Footwear” - SS 16/17: Wedges & Heels - SS 16/17: Flats & Slip On’s - SS 16/17: Loafers & Sneakers - SS 16/17: Sandals & Thongs - SS 16/17: Clogs - SS 16/17: Adventure & Outdoors - SS 16/17: Work Footwear - SS 16/17: Hospitality & Healthcare - SS 16/17: Kids 9. Each page doesn’t necessarily have to follow the same design concept although there needs to be something that ties them together, possibly the font from the page heading & copy. 10. Each range will be given a: - ‘Range Name’ e.g The Easy Fit Range, - ‘Range Style’ e.g. SS 16 /17: Flats & Slip On’s - ‘Range Copy’ e.g. “Comfort never look so good” 11. Target market is about 70% women, 25% Men, 5% kids 12. Age bracket is broad from 28 – 50 13. Brands featured are Birkenstock, Crocs, Vivobarefoot, Dansko etc.. 14. Key concepts are everyday fashion, fun, comfort, recreational lifestyle, beach, work 15. Some specific ranges target those in a hospitality and healthcare sector 16. Website colours & Fonts used currently are featured below. Design doesn’t have to use these but needs to still blend in. - Menu Fonts Oswald (Google Font) - Body Text Font Montserrat Normal 400 (Google Font) - Body Text Color #6a6161 - Body Font Size 12 - Page Title Color #5a5050 - Breadcrumb Colour #5a5050 - Mega Menu Brown #5a5050 - Top Bar Orange #f38d0f See attachment for more guidance.
