Design & layout of 100-page Instructional workbook; text and some illustration provided; some original illustration desired; workbook experience required

N.B. Please do not respond unless you have successfully completed similar Instructional workbook projects previously; and please be willing and able to provide examples of such work immediately as this will be the primary criterion on which we select our candidate. The project is the creation of a corporate training course workbook, both final copy for print and working materials for future edit or template use (meaning we receive copies and rights to all materials in editable form, as well as final copies). We estimate the workbook will be about 100 pages of provided text and graphics, structured exercise space, and both conceptually-described (“we need this”) and creative-input-requested (“what do you think might work here?”) illustration and design elements such as covers, icons, drawings, public domain/licensed graphics, and your other delightfully surprising original additions. We will also need to prepare PowerPoint presentations to accompany the workbook, but this is not a required expertise. We expect the project to be a collaboration that begins with our existing ideas and materials, integrates your creative inputs into your design and layout, and ends with a product we are both proud of. We are in the budgeting and scope-definition phase and will finalize details with our chosen design candidate. We would like you to estimate the total working period (days) and the number of your hours, and quote on that basis. (We may stretch from "skilled" to "expert" for the right candidate.) Thus we will begin with a budget to work to and a rate for the probable over-run. And we will be not looking to the cheapest quote but to the best combination of price and demonstrated performance in past work. There are two additional components to this project for which we also will be posting, and our ideal would be to find a team that includes: a writer who can produce (and preferably has) Harvard-Business-Review-style fictionalized case studies based on a given real-world data sets that follow follow specified learning objectives; and a video editor who can produce from Skype interviews. The work will likely begin in 30-60 days from posting date.
