Design an album cover for a music CD

For a funny song about bondage we are looking for a cover of 2 men of which one is a Gimp (black leather Gimpsuit in BDSM) and the other looks like 80s (but with a moustache) George Michael (looks like that only, has to be an original). Has to be a photo/photoshopped photo, not a cartoon or drawing. The title of the song is "The Subtle Pleasures of Bondage" by "Johnson and the Gimp". So we need a logo of that as well to use on the cover.
