Design a Website Mockup

I've been working on sketching a website flows and I'm ready with the first draft. Attached a document that includes snapshots of all the pages required and explain the content/functionality of each field. Also the different flow of the website. The website is 15 pages in which there are simple pages like Email confirmation, invite a friend, Share a doc and most of the pages are pretty similar in the layout. The real focus at this stage is the design of the website How to make the look and feel so attractive for users to register. The introductory page which explain the website mission , why to join and how it works is the most important page to design. Looking for a designer who can help in select a WP template that fit the needs , customize it and layout the fields in an eye catching manner.

Here are my needs:

1- A designer that help me design the web pages and build an excellent look and feel for end user.

2- Basic Web pages that implement the flows. If I click a button or a link it would call the next page in the follow [No coding] or back server/DB connections.

Constraints:

1- I have a limited budget as this a personal project in which i try to deploy an idea so i need to limit my expenses till it becomes successful.

2- once I have the prototype ready , i'll start getting people opinion within July/ August time frame then build the back end design. Once this is done I'll need a coder to connect the website to the back end server and validate the actual functionality of each page [September].

3- If things go well with the website , then we can move to Mobile App design and development. [October/November].
