Design a Powerpoint template and matching Presentation Folder

1.) Design a Presentation Folder: 2.) Design a Template (Abstract) which can be used for Powerpoint; also Word is preferred. the Presentation Folder will need to be similar, in colour and design, to the Word (or Powerpoint) Template. Our Small Business would like to be able to add any text, pictures, or charts to the template so that the material can be submitted in a Presentation Folder and sent to potential clients. attached are images of our logo (our website can be viewed at [login to view URL]). the design will need to be extremely professional looking. it will need to incorporate our Logo Colours which are: primarily Black, Blue. White and Grey are also used, but would prefer the presentation folders to be dark - almost mysterious. Hints of Yellow are also welcome as it tends to catch the eye. we conduct Investigations and information searching for business. so the mysterious but professional look is a good selling point. We are not looking to take very long on this project, and want the Designer to have fun with what he/she thinks is best. we also do not want to be cheap. we think around $200 is fair for a good design that will suit us long-term. our receptionist has made a very rough looking copy of what we believe our Portfolio should or could look like (these can be viewed on Blue 1 and Prototype 1 in the attached pictures). otherwise, we would like the Designer to put their artistic touch and professional recommendations on it. we have also included a number of other pictures that we believe would look good. many are extremely dark and the design will need to be brightened up a bit, perhaps with some blue abstract (and hints of Yellow). thanks, and all the best, Jack
