Hello!
I'm Max and I'd love to help you with your logo design.
I'd like to tell you how I see working process so it would be easier for you to decide.
First, I'll be asking (sometimes dumb) questions and requesting feedback because I really want you to participate in the process. The more you are involved, the clearer my vision is, the better problems are solved and goals are achieved.
After I know who is your target audience and what impression do you need to make or what message to deliver (remember, branding = communication), I start generating concepts.
I usually generate up to 50-100 different rough drafts, chose 10 of them, generate another 50-100 variants, then take 3-4 best concepts and show them to you without color.
After we discuss them, I might come back to the brainstorming process to make some new 3-4 concepts, but hopefully, we can choose one of those 3-4 and I then make more or less clean (maybe colored, maybe still grayscale) version.
After we agreed on the final version, I prepare vector and raster files and send them to you, and that's it, you've got the logo. If you need some other identity elements, like branded typeface, we can discuss it as well.
Usually, it takes at least a dew days for each step, and about a week or two to finish the job. Sometimes I need up to 2-3 rounds to just find a concept that suits clients needs, and sometimes I can finish the job with the very first file sent. It depends on many factors from both my and your sides.
