Design Graphics for Brand's 4 Social Media Profiles

My online service/brand has facebook, twitter, linkedin, and google+ profiles, and needs graphics for each profile.
Please be located in Eastern Europe or Russia. I find they are the best freelancers for me.
All of the graphics should look very close or exactly like all of the others. The only difference being they are different sizes, depending on the social profile.
I can provide my logo and my URL for you to gather colors and ideas. These won't be complicated at all to make, they just need to all be completed. Please be very detailed and HD, preferably .JPG format.
Also, I ask that you provide an opinion on what to use for each profile's background color/image. I'm thinking this will be a custom color background that I use on my site that helps your images stand out better
