Design a Bass Drum Head

We are looking for someone to create from scratch or alter an image that will be printed on a set of marching bass drum heads. The first attachment, EXAMPLE 1, will give you an idea of what we're trying to create. EXAMPLE 2 and EXAMPLE 3 are ideas that I really love. Basically, we need to create something like this that will fit a 28 inch (across) bass drum.
