Design an App Mockup for a small mobile TicTacToeApp

I. Background Need design help for a small mobile TicTacToe game app. 2 screens only: 1 for settings and 1 for the main game board. I'm looking for something similar to what's in the attached screen images, but with a much more professional look and feel. II. Deliverables Required 2 screens similarly to the ones attached, but with your creative input. III. Additional Notes a. The theme that I’m aiming for is simple/elegant/modern yet slightly cartoony/funky such that it appeals to both kids and adults and can be played for a long time without being too heavy on the eyes. Having said that, I'm also open to suggestions for different themes as long as they provide for a great user experience. b. It's possible that not all elements will be included in the deliverable because the game is interactive--some visual elements appear not at the outset when the screen loads, but only after some user action, such as animation, fade outs, color changes, etc. Such visual elements are not included in the attached screens, nor are they expected from you. I'm flexible and reasonable. We just need to get started with simple yet visually appealing screens with most elements included, even if not every single one.
