Design an Advertisement

I need a 1/4 Page add designed full color for a Magazine. Content needs to be taken from my website [login to view URL] and summarized by you for the add. Our company is broke up into 3 areas. Project Management / Contract Staffing / Safety Management. Artwork needs to be professional and also catch the readers eye. I am very open to samples or your watermarked ideas. 1/4 Page Vertical 4.875" x 5.49" Design Information: • A phone number and/or Web address of at least 8 pt. type is required in all ads, unless written documentation is provided. Ad Submission: • PDF/X-1a (Portable Document Format) is the required fi le format for BIC magazine. Sending your ad as a PDF/X-1a protects the integrity of your ad fi le and ensures that it will print properly. Please Note: • Scanned images for editorial layout must be high resolution (between 200 and 400 dpi), saved as JPEG or TIFF. • All fonts must be embedded in the PDF - No Truetype. • All PDFs must be high res/press optimized (PDF/X-1a Compliant). • ALL FILES MUST be accompanied by a single page, composite color proof. However if color is critical please provide us with a composite SWOP-certified color proof (with color bars) along with your digital fi le. We cannot grant make goods for poor color reproduction unless a SWOP-certified color proof is supplied with your digital fi le. Supplied color lasers will be used as a “guide for color” only.
