Derbyshire Extreme Sports Event 2015

Hello, I am looking for several freelancers from the Midlands region who woul like to assit me in planning this years event to be held in September. It's a Derbyshire thing!!! The events include some of the following 100m Turtle Racing - Always keenly contested although takes time no turtle over 12cm long excluding shell Sheep worrying - Wellington boots a must. Nothing like rodding a ram or fettling a ewe points awarded for technique Llama Lamping - Have to be careful with this one as the bleeders kick back basically the aim to knock a Llama clean out. Fog Bagging - Carrier bags only no mail sacks allowed points awarded for weight of fog bagged. Must be classified as genuine fog no mist The extreme streak - A two mile dash up hills and down dales with meat and two veg and beef curtains on display. We used the Chatsworth Estate as the venue before the local constabulary arrived and took us away. We have used venues such as Tideswell, Chelmorton, Beeley moor and Birchover so any Freelancer should know the area well and maybe make further recommendations for alternative events. The budget is a pint of Marstons Best Ale and a pack of pork scratchings. Look forward to hearing your proposals. Sidney Smutt
