Hi, I have an infusionsoft webform on a wordpress website (name, address, DOB, etc. form). The design is not that nice straight from infusionsoft. Looks very basic webform. I need someone to take my infusionsoft webform and make the design nicer looking. It also needs to be mobile responsive on all major browsers. It needs to be a 2 step webform. Page 1: webform 1 asks for name, phone, and email. User hits submit. Takes them to page 2 (which can be done from infusionsoft direction when hitting submit) Page 2: webform 2 asks for more information, address, DOB, and some other information. User hits submit. It goes to thank you page (generic). You need to be able to design a nice looking webform that feels safe and easy looking for people to convert. The webform needs to integrate with infusionsoft crm. Once the data is entered, the data should save in infusionsoft. The current webform does this already. If you have worked with webforms or infusionsoft before, that is a plus.
