I would develop a simple webpage based on ASP.NET MVC + Bootstrap (responsive layout, mobile friendly) where you can enter your Twilio credentials, select your account and subacount from a drop-down list, specify timeframe using two calendar fields (from - to) and click a button to get the records. These can be also easily exported to CSV, TXT or so.
