Create Online Shop

We require a an online shop with the following pages and functions: Pages: * Main page * Shopping cart * Checkout * Contact * Admin Area Funcitions: * Choose product and product combinations from main page + add to shopping cart * Choose the date and time for the product to be delivered on checkout page (times to choose in 15 minute steps like: 12pm, 12.15pm, 12.30pm and so on...). 10 minutes before the time reached only the next time in the cycle should be available for the client to choose during checkkout. For example: If a client orders at 11.50am the next available delivery opion on checkout page should be 12.15pm, not 12pm. If a client orders at 12.05pm the next available delivery opion on checkout page should be 12.30pm, not 12.15pm. If a client orders at 12.20pm the next available delivery opion on checkout page should be 12.45pm, not 12.30pm. And so on... In admin area there should be an option to change that cycle to a 30 minute cycle like: 12pm, 12.30pm, 1pm and so on...) 15 minutes before the time reached only the next time in the cycle should be available for the client to choose during checkout. For example: If a client orders at 11.45am the next available delivery opion on checkout page should be 12.30pm, not 12pm. If a client orders at 12.15pm the next available delivery opion on checkout page should be 1pm, not 12.30pm. If a client orders at 12.45pm the next available delivery opion on checkout page should be 1.30pm, not 1pm. And so on... * There will be 2 different delivery options: 1. Delivery to fixed locations (LOCATION 1 - sign on the beach, LOCATION 2 sign in park, ect.) We have to be able to turn off one or all these delivery options in times specified in admin area. In times the option is turned off the user should see a message when the option will be available again. 2. Delivery to Home or Business Address We have to be able to turn off this delivery option in times specified in admin area In times the option is turned off the user should see a message when the option will be available again. We also have to be able to block specific delivery dates and times for the client to be able to choose during the checkout process * Voucher System * Deal of the day on main page (with 24 hours counter, shows how many hours/minutes/seconds left) System can be independentely coded or use wordPress.
