Convert word doc into an online magazine

I'm looking for a creative graphic designer to create an online flip magazine. I've got all the articles and images all layed out in a word document but need it formated to look more like a magazine. i.e the text put in coloumns and images need to be put in the right places to make it look good. To give you an example of how i want it to look, please see the other example of online mags here [login to view URL] After the formatting, it needs to be converted into a pdf and then uploaded onto the yudu website. I would prefer a native english speaker as you will obviously need to know what words to highlight for titles and place the images in an appropriate position etc.
