Convert PDF to Interactive iBook to: Finish my iBook

I have a PDF that needs converting to an in-progress interactive iBook file. There are several items left to finish, here are some of the major items:

- Insert voiceovers on every page. (Pages are already designed, so you'll need to find a way to add them to look nice.

- Set up Table of Contents and connect terms to the pages throughout the book they correspond with.

- Set up Glossary and connect to terms throughout book. (you'll have to search for terms and connect them)

- Proofread the iBook to ensure the PDF and iBook are identical.

- Communicate with me what else needs to be done and then complete those.

I need this file fully ready to submit to the Apple iBook Store.

I will send full files once a freelancer is chosen.

The iBook file is already 75% converted from the PDF. It is 53 pages.

I also need each exercise's photos combined into a GIF and then added into a good place on each page.
