I have an existing web app done in PHP. Everything functions well but the aesthetics are awful so I want a clean and simple design. The app also has several links that I do not want visible in the navigation menu so the new site will have much fewer pages. You need to install the mysql db in the zip file to view the app properly. My budget for this is $20-$60 depending on whether or not you bid for the optional coding task in the attached description. Please provide details in your bid.
