CCTV Surveillance and security website

I need a Wordpress template for my website that I can update with content. My website to focuses on installation of CCTV camera surveillance equipment for commercial business. also installation of private domestic houses. This template needs to be simple but yet effective for describing the fundamentals of having a CCTV surveillance system installed. we supply digital surveillance equipment and also use IT supported software for motion detection and facial recognition. the website will not be selling products. It will have a online order form for submitting quotations to my email with the clients requirements. I also need graphics (banner) from website creation to match for a page book business page. company logo is attached.
